Zack McGrady is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Dietetics. With vast knowledge of exercise and nutrition principles, Zack is dedicated to helping others achieve their goals.

Zack has grown up in the gym, spending countless hours training and learning new ways to bring about a better version of himself and those around him. Through time and dedication, he has learned the value of effort.

How do I start fitness and nutrition coaching? What if I’ve never been to a gym before?

Starting is as simple as booking a consultation. In the consultation, we can discuss the goals you might have, answer any questions, and set expectations for proceeding with a program. The gym isn’t an environment to fear or to loathe, it is a place where you can grow and better yourself.

How much does the coaching cost? Do you offer discounts?

Coaching fees vary based on the program selected and its duration. For detailed pricing and packages, please refer to the “Pricing” section above. A 10% is applied when paying with Bitcoin. What payment methods do you accept?

Apex Fitness uses a service called Stripe to securely handle all of our transactions. With Stripe, we accept credit/debit card payments from all major card providers, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH Bank Transfers. Bitcoin payments are also accepted, and come with a 10% discount. If you wish to pay with Bitcoin or if you have any questions, please out directly using the contact form found here. Checks and money orders should be made out to Apex Fitness.

All personal training is conducted at our partner facility, ABC Sports and Fitness. Each person is unique, so each session is tailored to the individual.
